ClearFlow AI aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Measures Taken

  • Semantic HTML Proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and ARIA labels across all pages.
  • Keyboard Navigation All interactive elements are keyboard-accessible with visible focus indicators.
  • Color Contrast Minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for normal text, 3:1 for large text (WCAG AA).
  • Screen Reader Support ARIA attributes, live regions, and descriptive labels for dynamic content.
  • Reduced Motion All animations respect prefers-reduced-motion media query.
  • RTL Support Full right-to-left layout support for Arabic, Hebrew, Farsi, and Urdu.
  • Focus Trapping Modal dialogs properly trap focus and return it on close.
  • Voice Interface ClearFlow AIs voice-first design provides an alternative input method for users who prefer or require it.

Known Limitations

  • Some third-party embedded content (e.g., payment forms) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • Real-time voice visualization (waveforms) is decorative and provides no informational content to screen readers.
