Measures Taken

  • Semantic HTML — Proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and ARIA labels across all pages.
  • Keyboard Navigation — All interactive elements are keyboard-accessible with visible focus indicators.
  • Color Contrast — Minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for normal text, 3:1 for large text (WCAG AA).
  • Screen Reader Support — ARIA attributes, live regions, and descriptive labels for dynamic content.
  • Reduced Motion — All animations respect prefers-reduced-motion media query.
  • RTL Support — Full right-to-left layout support for Arabic, Hebrew, Farsi, and Urdu.
  • Focus Trapping — Modal dialogs properly trap focus and return it on close.
  • Voice Interface — ClearFlow AI’s voice-first design provides an alternative input method for users who prefer or require it.

Known Limitations

  • Some third-party embedded content (e.g., payment forms) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • Real-time voice visualization (waveforms) is decorative and provides no informational content to screen readers.
