ClearFlow AI respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available on or through ClearFlow AI infringes your copyright, please send a notification to our designated DMCA agent:

Takedown Procedure

Your notification must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on ClearFlow AI.
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

ClearFlow AI will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Content Safety

All content published through ClearFlow AI is scanned by FlowGuard, our content safety system, which includes checks for potential copyright concerns. However, FlowGuard is not a substitute for proper DMCA procedures.
