Overview

ClearFlow AI uses artificial intelligence systems to enhance content creation, voice processing, and content safety. We are committed to transparency about how AI is used in our platform. This page provides a complete disclosure of all AI systems, their purposes, risk classifications, and human oversight mechanisms.

Key Principle

All AI-generated content on ClearFlow is labeled as AI-assisted. Users are always informed when they are interacting with an AI system. Users can request human review of any AI-generated output.

Claude (Anthropic)

Purpose:

Content generation, voice response processing, content analysis

Risk Classification:

Limited risk (general-purpose AI)

Human Oversight:

All generated content is labeled as AI-assisted. Users can request human review.

Purpose:

Text-to-speech voice synthesis

Audio outputs carry C2PA provenance metadata identifying synthetic origin.

Purpose:

Speech-to-text transcription

Human Oversight:

Users can review and edit transcriptions before use.

FlowGuard (ClearFlow)

Purpose:

Content safety scanning — detects harmful, illegal, or culturally insensitive content

Flagged content enters moderation queue for human review. Only blocked content is auto-rejected.

Purpose:

Voice-first AI assistant with cultural adaptation and emotional intelligence

Education platform interactions follow enhanced safety protocols with guardian escalation.

Content Provenance

All AI-generated audio and content produced by ClearFlow carries C2PA Content Credentials — cryptographically signed metadata that certifies the origin and AI involvement in content creation. This follows the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA) open standard adopted by Adobe, Microsoft, the BBC, and the Library of Congress.
